Located in the heart of the Duero river valley
Located in a privileged area, in the center of the Ribera del Duero, the restaurant Origen-es, of the Família Fernández Rivera group, with chef David Pérez Ruiz in the gastronomic direction, has been chosen by the Repsol Guide as one of the best restaurants to enjoy a total gastronomic experience in the Ribera del Duero.
David Pérez Ruiz has designed his gastronomic proposal based on fish as the main ingredient of his menu, “fish is the protagonist, but without forgetting the local produce from our farm Dehesa La Granja”.
